✅ Refund Window: We offer a full refund within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is completely unused and in its original sealed, unopened packaging. Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
1. Eligibility for Refund
- Refund request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order.
- The product must be completely unused — factory seal fully intact, no opened contents.
- Original packaging, labels, box, and accessories must be included.
- Valid Proof of Purchase (Order ID or invoice) must be provided.
- Product must not be from a non-refundable category listed below.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
- Product seal has been broken, tampered with, or removed.
- Product has been used, even partially or once.
- Refund request raised after 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Product was damaged due to customer mishandling or negligence.
- Promotional or discounted items marked as "Final Sale".
- Change of mind after product has been opened or used.
3. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund. Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible — you may raise a return/refund request after delivery as per the policy above.
- Cancellation requests must be raised within 12 hours of placing the order.

- Pre-dispatch cancellation refunds will be processed within 3–5 working days.

5. Refund Process
Once your returned product is received and inspected by our team, we will notify you via phone or email within 48 hours. If approved, refunds will be credited to your original payment method within the timelines listed above. COD orders will receive a refund via NEFT/IMPS bank transfer.
6. Dispute Resolution
In case of any dispute regarding a refund, return, or cancellation, please contact our customer support team first. We are committed to resolving all complaints within 7 working days. If the matter is not resolved satisfactorily, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
