Refund Window: We offer a full refund within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is completely unused and in its original sealed, unopened packaging. Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund. Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible — you may raise a return/refund request after delivery as per the policy above.

5. Refund Process

Once your returned product is received and inspected by our team, we will notify you via phone or email within 48 hours. If approved, refunds will be credited to your original payment method within the timelines listed above. COD orders will receive a refund via NEFT/IMPS bank transfer.

6. Dispute Resolution

In case of any dispute regarding a refund, return, or cancellation, please contact our customer support team first. We are committed to resolving all complaints within 7 working days. If the matter is not resolved satisfactorily, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
