You may cancel your order before it is dispatched for a full refund. Once dispatched, cancellation is not applicable β€” please initiate a return request after delivery.

4. Return Process β€” Step by Step

Step 1. Contact us within 7 days at +91 83830 69201 or tejwanhealthcare@gmail.com with your Order ID and clear photos of the product in sealed condition.
Step 2. Our team will verify your request within 24–48 hours and share return approval with a return address.
Step 3. Securely pack and ship the product back to our address. Return shipping charges are borne by the customer.
Step 4. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, a refund or replacement will be processed within 5–7 working days.

5. Refund After Return

Upon successful inspection of the returned product, refunds will be credited to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking) within 5–7 working days. COD orders will receive a refund via NEFT/IMPS bank transfer.

6. Dispute Resolution

If you are unsatisfied with our return decision, please escalate to our customer support team at tejwanhealthcare@gmail.com. We aim to resolve all disputes within 7 working days. Unresolved disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India, as per the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
