π Return Window: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, only if the product is completely unopened and in its original factory-sealed condition. Returns are subject to inspection and approval.
1. Return Eligibility
- Return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery date.
- Product must be 100% unopened β original factory seal completely intact.
- Original packaging, box, labels, and all contents must be included.
- Valid Order ID and proof of purchase must be provided.
- Photos of the sealed product must be submitted at the time of return request.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Products with broken, removed, or tampered seals β regardless of usage.
- Products that have been used, even partially or once.
- Return requests raised after 7 days of delivery.
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling or improper storage.
- Products without original packaging or missing accessories.
- Items marked "Final Sale" or purchased under special promotional offers.
3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order before it is dispatched for a full refund. Once dispatched, cancellation is not applicable β please initiate a return request after delivery.
- Cancel within 12 hours of placing the order by contacting us directly.
- Refund for cancelled orders will be processed within 3β5 working days.
4. Return Process β Step by Step
Step 1. Contact us within 7 days at +91 83830 69201 or tejwanhealthcare@gmail.com with your Order ID and clear photos of the product in sealed condition.
Step 2. Our team will verify your request within 24β48 hours and share return approval with a return address.
Step 3. Securely pack and ship the product back to our address. Return shipping charges are borne by the customer.
Step 4. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, a refund or replacement will be processed within 5β7 working days.
5. Refund After Return
Upon successful inspection of the returned product, refunds will be credited to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking) within 5β7 working days. COD orders will receive a refund via NEFT/IMPS bank transfer.
6. Dispute Resolution
If you are unsatisfied with our return decision, please escalate to our customer support team at tejwanhealthcare@gmail.com. We aim to resolve all disputes within 7 working days. Unresolved disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India, as per the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
