🚚 Free Shipping on all orders across India β€” no minimum order value required. We deliver to all serviceable PIN codes in India via trusted logistics partners.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. You will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

3. Shipping Partners

We ship through trusted and verified logistics partners β€” including Delhivery, Shiprocket, and India Post β€” to ensure safe and timely delivery pan-India.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be shared on your registered phone number via SMS or WhatsApp. You can use this to monitor your delivery status in real time.

5. Failed / Undeliverable Orders

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges will apply for a second delivery attempt. Please ensure your address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing the order.

6. Damaged or Tampered Package

If you receive a damaged, tampered, or incorrect package, please do not accept the delivery. Photograph the package and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost after verification.

7. Cancellation of Shipped Orders

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. If you wish to cancel, please contact us before dispatch within 12 hours of placing the order. For post-delivery issues, please refer to our Return Policy.
