All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes. We accept UPI, PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD). Prices may change without prior notice but will not affect confirmed orders.

7. Limitation of Liability

Tejwan Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question. Individual results may vary.

1. Eligibility for Refund

• Refund request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order.
• The product must be completely unused — factory seal fully intact, no opened contents.
• Original packaging, labels, box, and accessories must be included.
• Valid Proof of Purchase (Order ID or invoice) must be provided.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

• Product seal has been broken, tampered with, or removed.
• Product has been used, even partially or once.
• Refund request raised after 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Product was damaged due to customer mishandling or negligence.
• Promotional or discounted items marked as "Final Sale".

3. Cancellation Policy

• Original packaging, box, labels, and all contents must be included.

• Photos of the sealed product must be submitted at the time of return request.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Products with broken, removed, or tampered seals — regardless of usage.
• Products that have been used, even partially or once.
• Return requests raised after 7 days of delivery.
• Products damaged due to customer mishandling or improper storage.
• Items marked "Final Sale" or purchased under special promotional offers.

3. Cancellation Policy

4. Cancellation of Shipped Orders

5. Damaged or Tampered Package
